Students who are transferring into the MDHSA Diploma Program from a public/private/cyber/charter school will need to have their previous credits reviewed and transferred into an MDHSA transcript. There are two methods to do this.

REGISTER IN THE DIPLOMA PROGRAM
Registration in the Diploma Program is NOT required for MDHSA to complete a PSR Form for a student. However, it is recommended that students register with the Diploma Program as early as possible if they plan on pursuing an MDHSA Diploma.
- The assignment of credits in response to the PSR Form will be based on MDHSA Diploma Program guidelines as outlined in the Diploma Guide and the Pennsylvania Home Education Law. The reply to the PSR Form should not be used to assess courses or credits needed for graduation requirements for any diploma program other than the Mason Dixon Homeschoolers Diploma Program.
- PSR Forms are $25.00 and are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the form, fee, and required school transcripts.
- Failure to submit the school transcript(s) will result in the PSR Form being rejected.
- PSR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
