This legislation would also permit homeschooling students to participate in co-curricular programs and vocational-technical schools as well. On the PDE\u2019s website, a lot of these issues were addressed and clarifications were made so that there would be no future misunderstandings. Some of the clarifications were acceptable.\u00a0 Some of these clarifications do not agree the PA Home Education Law. PLEASE do <strong>NOT<\/strong> interpret what the PDE has posted on their website as the Law, but refer to the actual language of the <strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/masondixonhomeschoolers.org\/home\/pa-homeschool-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Home Education Law<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>for what the Law actually states and form your own interpretation of the law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated: 12\/07\/2023 Check this page frequently for news updates that could affect your homeschooling rights and privileges.
